MADE TO ORDER CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
Our Charcuterie Boards feature a generous variety of soft and hard cheeses, fresh fruits, veggies, dried fruits, nuts (optional), dried and smoked meats, along with our homemade or locally sourced sauces, delectable spreads and dips. For our larger boards, expect additional treats like pepper poppers, stuffed mini bell peppers, and irresistible sweet treats that are sure to please any crowd. Crackers are packaged on the side as to not take up valuable space on your board!

Morning of the wedding, morning after the wedding, special birthday, family gathering, corporate/business meeting - you name it- breakfast is the most important meal of the day and definitely one of the tastiest to enjoy! Let us design you a beautiful breakfast bar with all of your favourites! Coffee, tea, juice, waited service- we offer it all! We make sure you and your guests have all you need. Egg bites, hasbrowns, fresh made bagels, croissants, fresh baked muffins, fruits, yogurt, cheese, smoked salmon…whatever you wish!
CUP TABLE-SCAPE
Our charcuterie cup option starts at $15 per person. We take pride in curating the very best products, elements and ingredients to impress your guests. We can personalize these cuties to suit your event. Choose from our cup menu or create your very own! Table-scape option starts @ $300 and the cups added to the scape make for a very pretty and thoughtful option for your guests with ‘germ concern’.
GRAZING TABLE-SCAPE
One of our more popular items! This is a fully customizable display, with many options to choose from. Beautiful layers with stunning accents, we take pride in making these edible installations one of kind every time. We will sit down with you, design the table to suit your event. This option starts @ $27.50 per person.
CHARCUTERIE BAR
Our Charcuterie Bar is a perfect addition for any cocktail hour or late night snack. Our staff create a fun and interactive appetizer display for your guests! The Charcuterie appetizer box is customized to suit each guests preferences. The bar is beautifully decorated with greenery and/or flowers provided by the customer to match decor. Customizable additions. Starts at $27.50 per person.

A little bit about us…
Tammy Thurston and Charlene Vanderburg have teamed up to create and operate Board & Nibble Catering Co. Local gals, growing up in the Kawartha Lakes and both very involved in their family businesses. They learned equally the importance of customer service, hard work and creativity. Thrilled to bring their love of good food, dedication to great service, and passion for the community together.
Growing up in two very different family businesses as well as the opportunity to experience various endeavours has provided us with a broad perspective and unique appreciation for not only our abilities but our connection to community and other local businesses.
